The hotel is located in the zone of Disney's "Selected Hotels", adjacent to the Disneyland Resort Paris, in a peaceful and green setting with a view over the property's gardens and neighbouring lake. This privileged location opens up a host of possibilities for visitors to discover both of the Disneyland resort's parks as the hotel is ideally connected via a regular shuttle service. The shuttle also runs a regular service to the parkss Eurostar, TGV-high speed, and RER-Regional Express Network railway stations.

The lobby is large in size and accessible upon entering the hotel via the main entrance from the car park and the shuttle bus drop-off zone. The hotel's entrance hall, named the "Royal Court", with its statues, knights in armour and banners seeps guests into a medieval atmosphere construed around and based on the legend of the three musketeers. The lobby is a vast area with plenty of seating space, dedicated children's playing zones and also comprises a Disney boutique.

General:
